- Interesting products and technology - Burlington office owns entire side of major product line (other side handled by headquarters in WA) - Autonomous office feel - Good work/life balance - Working from home accepted, though almost to a fault

Cons

- Engineering/Product Management has tough time meeting deadlines - Deliverable promises regularly delayed - Lagging behind competitors in mobile marketplace - Rely too heavily on homegrown scripting languages (though slowly moving to Ruby) - No defined plan for professional growth - Office is so empty so often due to amount of work-from-homers, leaves kind of an eery feeling
