      I really enjoy working at Varonis and connecting with such intelligent, solution‑oriented colleagues. The company moves quickly, stays dynamic, and it’s exciting to be part of that momentum. Everyone truly has a seat at the table, and fresh ideas are not only welcomed but valued. The office itself is a beautiful place to work—great facilities, plenty of snack options, and stunning views. There’s also a strong sense of community here. Many employees genuinely want to collaborate, support one another, and work as a team to reach shared goals.

      So far, I have nothing but great things to say about Varonis! I hope to continue growing here!

      Pros

      I’ve had a genuinely positive experience working here. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and invested in employees’ growth. I always feel supported by my manager and encouraged to bring ideas forward. The culture is collaborative and friendly. Professional development is taken seriously and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, build new skills, and take on impactful projects. Lots of opportunities for career growth. The company generally communicates clearly about goals, priorities, and changes. Great snacks in office.

      No major con. Like any company there are busy seasons, but the support and communication make it manageable.

      Pros

      Started as a TDR and have been promoted to Mid market then AE. The expectations are high but amazing training if you are serious about Tech Sales. Any negative reviews come from employees that are not cut out to be successful
