      Volume and variety of tech issues on calls can get overwhelming, but then, that is good for the career growth. If you get overwhelmed at times, Team Leads and Mgrs are supportive and will work with you.

      - Honestly difficult to think of one. Maybe the fact that you are selling software that no one knows they need and does not fit a simple definition (like Firewall, Endpoint, etc.)
