      Pros

      You are given everything you need to succeed as soon as you walk through the doors with extensive training and preparation from education teams. Great company culture and atmosphere. Also very nice office in midtown.

      Pros

      After 3+ years I continue to learn new things which makes this a great place where boredom does not exist. The amount of change and development I have witnessed is not something I think I could have experienced anywhere else. I am excited on what there is to come.

      Cons

      Some people have a hard time adapting to a fast paced, evolving environment. I can understand the concerns and you may feel left behind but I think it provides a challenge you do not get at most organizations.
