      -Lateral Mobility -Great team members -Leadership can be helpful -Exposure/experience - You'll get a ton of exposure to various types of software -Product is the best in the market -Industry is booming so they are active and doing well as a company

      Cons

      -Limited PTO - I think I get 2 weeks a year? -Lateral mobility is really dependent on who the favorites are OR who will put in a good word for you - They will also prevent this kind of movement in the company depending on if they need you or don't want you to move positions -Pay is below industry standard for every position - negotiate for as much as possible at entry because each "Raise" will be very little -Sales goals are extremely intense - For me to make commission, the company as a whole has to hit a HUGE number of sales in the fiscal year -Certifications/Trainings are only specific to the product so you get essentially nothing to actual develop your career

      They micromanage. Great for a first job out of college, but once you're seasoned you don't need that.
