      Pros

      Too many to type, but to start, great benefits, VTO (volunteer time off, basically you get time off to do volunteer activities). Great management, amazing people, and outstanding culture. I have never had any issues with any of my coworkers and management has always listened to our ideas and concerns and is very adaptable to new changes as they arise.

      Cons

      Just got out of a pay freeze for raises, so we've been behind on that, but I just got a raise so we're looking forward to improvements there in the yearly reviews. Big push to some products slow availability for other product support internally.

      They pay all perks by laying off people without any notice. Management is outrageous, they're very sneaky and HR is probably even worse than management.... Senior management never takes accountability for their decisions and hide every decision behind HR while it's never true. Practices are so sneaky and they just decide to change roles whenever they like promising amazing things and then laying off people because of their lack of planning and thinking. On top of that, L1 managers are left with no information as to what's happening either.... If feels like people just take decisions without ever considering people's lives and careers and without properly giving heads up that some roles are at risk. People are moved to redundancy (for reasons different from performance) in less than 2-3 days all of a sudden even though being top performers and without giving you opportunities to do anything or understand why.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY CAN PROMISE YOU GOOD SALARIES AND PERKS BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY, you will feel the atmosphere of a sneaky management who thinks you're just a number. As they're moving to SaaS they're realizing the company is not doing great and downsizing, this is the second group lay off they do in 1y.
