Pros

Benefits are great, random gifts throughout the year, top notch team support

Cons

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.

Pros

• Excellent coffee and well-equipped kitchen with fresh food • Company car • Company-paid mobile phone + discounted cellular plan • Competitive (though lower-end) salary • ESPP • Nice candidate-facing perks and office amenities • Technology and engineering practices have improved over time

Cons

• Heavy investment in perks that attract candidates, but less focus on long-term retention • Relatively high turnover • Compensation growth is modest: no bonuses, small raises, limited RSU refreshers • Cost-consciousness affects developer hardware, IDEs, and tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot restrictions) • Frequent organizational changes and team reshuffles reduce stability • Decision-making is highly centralized around the VP of R&D, creating a political environment and limiting autonomy • Promotions and hiring can feel influenced by alignment with leadership • Top-down decisions with limited input from engineers • Startup-like work-life balance despite company size • Technology stack historically lagged industry standards; still catching up in some areas • Large DevOps group, but teams often build and maintain pipelines themselves • Reserved office atmosphere with limited social cohesion • Culture sometimes feels tolerant of mediocrity rather than performance-driven

Pros

For developer the company has good WLB Very active in Israel communities, doing good and contributing. Good compensation Very aggressive business oriented perspective from high management, which is great for this very competitive market.

Cons

The worst company WLB i came across for TL level and up. Toxic atmosphere, where decision are made based on how much organizational power you or your manager has in the organization. R&D Management is poor, scared of taking chances and very little room for innovation, as decisions are made to please higher management, not to improve the service. Hiring is done on the bases of 'if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen', instead of people that can build properly to prevent the heat. Classic "Hero mentality" to solve production issues, but not to prevent them- (where the glory in that) Nepotism in decision making. Pay-to-win architecture- relaying on huge resource pool instead of smart design.
