      Telecommute, good co-workers, employee stock plan, stability, great health insurance

      Cons

      Limited opportunity if you are not part of boys club. Watched many fellow employees get promoted while women doing the same quality of work were left behind or pushed out. Great if you don't mind stagnating in the same role doing the same work indefinitely. HR is not trust worthy at all and I know of at least one former employee that filed an EEOC claim and was approved to proceed. They can and will fire you at a moment's notice and for no real reason - even with stellar performance reviews and feedback. Trust no one and CYA as best you can.

      -Look at all the reviews about the micromanagement here, they are all true. Most upper management is horrible and have no idea how to manage teams and inspire -Severe lack of team building -Very low pay compared to software industry

      Really bad company

      None, the company is a very bad place to work. You will wish you didn't step foot in this miserable office.

      Cons

      Everything, the company is terrible. Terrible office, bad management, the Director yells at company employees and constantly tells you your job is at risk if you don't perform. Pay is low, below $43K and everything you do is tracked by metrics software and if you ever ask for advancement or anything related to your salary the Director will threaten your job. People who work here are stuck, the company takes all your time, you have no chance to ever interview at another company.
