Pros

It's exciting to be a part of a company that is helping to solve one of the largest problems that organizations face today and will continue to face moving forward. Exposure to this hyper-growth is not only motivating, but fun to be around. Upper Management and company culture is strong, as exemplified by converting employees' salary reductions due to COVID into RSUs; something that many other organizations did not do.

Cons

Internal communication can be improved; oftentimes decisions are reactive rather than proactive.

Pros

- depending on where you start with the company there can be some good growth if you grind out your first year - great team leadership depending on your department - very good technology - ESPP is great along with benefits - good perks/gifts sent to you throughout the year

Cons

- pay is significantly lower than industry standard. Was at the company for a long time and they cut our pay when covid hit but then hired new employees in my same position for 20-25k more than what I was making when they had less experience than me. - very micro managed. Sometimes by managers in different departments. - expectations can sometimes be unrealistic.
