Management is deluded they will always blame you instead of looking at themselves and how their micro management impacts upon those on their team. They will promise promotions but will pull them last minute and block you from progressing further. The aggressive New York style does not work well in the UK. Avoid the manager and trainer of this team trust me you won’t regret it. Four of us have resigned over the last 4 weeks because of them and we were all the top performers in 2020, enough said really.
