Varonis does a great job of acquiring and retaining talent. The benefits are incredible. I've only recently joined, but the team culture has made onboarding super easy. Everyone has been very welcoming and open to questions which has made training that much better. Although the learning curve that comes with this job is quite steep, the training program and team has made the process seamless.

Varonis provides a great culture with an amplitude of resources to ensure you are successful. A younger atmosphere with a great network of people. Varonis spares no expense to ensure you are able to hit your numbers and can be very profitable if you are willing to dive in and put in the work. Plenty of expansion opportunities as the company believe in hiring from the inside as much as possible. Management is always open to help you achieve goals and expand product knowledge.
