      Pros

      - constant innovation - multi category leader - company continues hyper growth in employee count and market cap - many people willing to help you close deals -publicly traded VRNS -(crazy growth even during Covid) -reasonable quotas even when you have a big year -proven go to market strategy I find helpful in staying on track for my own goals

      Cons

      - tight deadlines as a public company - you have to always be on your game, no time to slow down - SRs are required to do heavy prospecting if you want to achieve
