      Pros

      Good equipment and resources, Staff in office are very friendly, Free snacks

      Cons

      No help from management or training beyond basic training and refreshers, no management in Cork office to speak to as you are managed from London with visits 2-4 times per year. TDRs in London are on the same team but get preferential treatment and can engage with reps and account owners

      Pros

      UK team are really good. Product is very capable with good direction.

      Cons

      On-boarding consisted of 8 weeks of disjointed Microsoft onenote bullet points and inconsistent online learning unrelated to role. Certain management in the USA is rude, arrogant and a micromanager. Employment contract for UK employees reporting in to USA management leaves a lot to be desired. Does not fit with EU/UK employment law and your statutory rights as a UK / EU citizen. They seem to manage and rule with a mentality of fear and bullishness. Don't believe all the product marketing hype.
