      Pros

      A great place for those who are looking for a challenge and interest in work. As software engineer you face each day with new challenges that requires creativity and sophisticated solutions. People are always willing to help, young-spirited environment. Many opportunities to change roles or project within the company, what makes it great place to grow and develop yourself. Besides having days of fun, yoga classes, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful office and a good location in Herzliya Pituach

      Cons

      As the company keeps growing the communication between different teams become more complicated. There is always many things to do, some of them will be urgent and some less, but as you get more experience it gets easier to manage and it's motivate you. We also support our customers in cases which require an engineer, most of the customers are in US and Europe so it requires working at late hours, but it’s pretty rare.

      We are working with almost all Servers out there : win\Unix\SharePoint\ Exchange\Storages . and now with O365. we are working with Sql and writing Automation, Most Managers have grown within the Company. each worker has it's place to make a different even for Juniors.

      If you are hard worker and Love working with Computers you won't find cons
