      Pros

      The resources at Varonis are stellar. The product is 2nd to none in the category. The Sales Team is hyper focused on winning and working deals "through the process". Aggressive culture focused on winning and getting at bats. The right recipe to succeed for self starters, great products and people with a proven winning formula make for a great opportunity to make great money and close deals!

      Cons

      Extremely metrics driven, but if you stay on top of this and you're are doing the right things then you have nothing to worry about. The organization wants to win and the people here are focused on that, if you're looking for a place to hide, this is not the place for you. Some employee turnover as a result, but to be expected in a competitive environment.

      Pros

      Very good team leader and excellent communication within the team.

      Cons

      1. Very old technologies are used and it is very difficult to convince management to move to new technologies. 2. Lack of architecture that team member can consult , as a result the design and architecture are very poor - this causes spaghetti code that is hard to maintain or change 3.Too much focus on processes such as agile that don't suit every team because of large amount of customer support and bugs, this adds bureaucracy overhead and waist developer time. 4.Very large amount of customer support partly because lack of good support partly because poor management.
