Pros
cutting edge technology, you will learn more there in 6 months then you will ever learn in some other company in 4 years. mostly good people, i would say 90% of the middle management are the best managers you will ever have.
Cons
work hours - much more then the usual in israeli hi-tech. they claim they are a startup and long hours are necessary but they don't pay you like a startup. HR is lacking, mostly dealing with recruiting, not much time for anything else. resources are ever changing. today you have it, tomorrow it's gone.
