If you enjoy being asked for your opinions and then told why it is wrong and why managements is right then this is the place for you. If you enjoy taking initiative and working hard for your management to swat you down and tell you you failed without providing any justification or guidelines to follow then this is the place for you. If you like to feel under appreciated over worked and micromanaged then this is the place for you. If you enjoy being tested and retested for "certifications" that you have completed over and over again to "prove" to management that you know what you are doing even though you have been working at their highest level of Support for years then you are at the right place. If you decide that you are sick of that treatment and try to move to another area of the company only to find out that senior management went behind your back to stop the process so they can keep a warm chair then you are in the right place. If you have even a shred of self worth or self respect then I suggest you run for the hills because this is not the company to work for.
