      Pros

      Varonis products do a great job at addressing a huge business problem faced by every organization today. The more the market wakes up to this issue the more excitment it drives internally. - Great benefits, office perks (stocked kitchen, commuting cost assistance, work from home at times.) - Exciting fast pace culture, a lot of room to grow / advance with the organization.

      Cons

      Sometimes the fast pace isn't for everyone. Its one that you need to be adaptable and not everyone is successful in that type of environment.

      Pros

      Benefits are very good with the exception of the lack of vacation.

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations on teams without being given the proper tools to succeed. Micro management would be good compared to how they manage. Exceptions for employees who are Hebrew vs any other belief. When a manager doesn't appear to be doing well they find a scape goat and blame them for all of the issues that fall on them.

      Micromanagement to the Max, not much too show for it

      Pros

      Independence when not being overly micromanaged. Products that are addressing the current need (albeit looking outdated)

      Cons

      Extreme Micromanagement, lack of trust from management, fanatic over-focus on the Data Risk Assessment methodology even when prospect/customer clearly states they don’t want to proceed. Expensive products, lack of proper technical leadership. Being blamed for not delivering Data Risk Assessments even though it’s beyond one’s control.
