      Pros

      Compared to other companies in the industry, Varonis is by far one of the best. You get a huge amount of resource to hit and exceed your metrics and management show a keen interest in individuals' success. Management encourage and try to implement a good work/life balance and are always on hand to have a chat whether it's work related or something fun to take the edge off. The team genuinely gets along and the daily syncs help with morale especially during lockdown.
