I have worked at Varonis for almost 6 months now and, quite honestly, I couldn’t be happier. In my short time here, I’ve been able to gain so much insight and knowledge into the Computer Software industry and truly understand what Varonis’ Products have to offer. I come into work every day knowing that I have a great team to work with, an amazing company to recruit for, a fully stocked kitchen to eat out of, and a beautiful view of the city skyline right outside the window.

Cons

In recruiting, it can be hard to get sales people out of those larger, more well-known companies, but with the right attitude, personalized message, and explanation for what we offer to our employees and end users, we’re able to get the right ones. Positive attitude and drive to succeed goes hand-in-hand with all of the positions here. You will certainly be rewarded for your success, management knows how hard you work and how stressful times can be.

I have worked at Varonis for almost three years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience thus far. If you are the type of person that comes into work everyday looking to give it your all, treat people with respect and have an open mind to taking advice from not only management but also your peers, you will succeed. Whether it is related to the product or the industry I still come into work everyday and learn something new. Even after what is almost three years here, I feel like I am not only continuing to advance my professional career, but also grow as an individual. I an extremely grateful for everything this company has done for me over the years.

Cons

The workload can be demanding. Whether it is hitting sales metrics or completing projects on time, management asks for a lot. With that being said, if you make the effort and attain goals, it is recognized and you're rewarded.

Very sharp management team that understands the market and has positioned the company extremely well. Continues to invest heavily in its products and provides a clear vision of where they want to lead the company. Significant investment in roadmap and continuing to improve existing products as well as introduce new products into the market. Great employees and have a great culture. Team collaborates well and are consistently looking to help other employees. Leadership team willing to get involved/lend assistance with individual transactions to help you close them. Overall the organization has a "let's get this done together" attitude, which helps foster a positive culture. They are very focused on employee education and have invested a lot of money and time in providing employees with as much data as possible to be successful in their jobs. Excellent benefits such as 401k, healthcare, and stock purchase plan.

Cons

It is a fast paced culture and sometimes can be difficult for new employees to adjust to. Very metric driven and some employees have a difficult time dealing with the constant pressure. Pricing for products may need to be revisited, in particular with larger user counts.
