The hiring process was pretty seamless and you got regular updates from the recruiter so you knew where you stood at all times. The people are genuinely interested in you and will check in on you randomly to see how you are getting on. You work hard from the get go but you make an immediate difference. You have the opportunity to forge your own career path here compared to some of the multinationals in the area. People are routing for you to succeed. Share options, always a plus! Leadership have the finger on the pulse and are always looking for new ideas so come with as many Ideas as you have. They Listen.
