      Varonis is a great company that is thriving in the data security sector. There is innovation and new products non-stop.

      Pros

      Very calm in the offices. Flexibility with working from home when truly needed. Salary is good in my opinion. Great team to work with. facilities are great with very well supplied kitchens and occasional yoga classes.

      Cons

      Management does not have a well seasoned plan on moving forward. It seems as we are always in a testing phase to see if the new idea works. The corporate feeling is making the team grow apart. Less talking with each other and communication. Also, the way management communicates is more formal and legal, putting aside the outcome of the harsh presentation.
