Pros
* The work is interesting and impactful — we deal with real security challenges that affect major organizations. It feels like what we build actually matters. * Product managers are given a lot of ownership and responsibility. You’re expected to lead, not just execute tickets. * The people are sharp, helpful, and genuinely care about what they do. It’s a strong team culture with low ego. * Leadership is accessible and open to feedback, which isn’t something you get everywhere. * There’s a good balance between structure and autonomy — enough process to stay organized, but not too much to feel slow.
Cons
* Things move fast and priorities can shift. You need to be okay with some ambiguity and adapt quickly. * Some parts of the product still carry legacy complexity, which can slow things down or make decisions harder than they should be. * Internal alignment between teams isn’t always perfect — improving, but still a work in progress
