      Pros

      Rapidly growing company with a well-positioned product. You get the confidence and support of a larger company without all the hoops to jump through. The location in Midtown is incredible.

      Cons

      Those hoops are popping up everywhere. The growing pains make it tough for inside reps to consistently outperform their "metrics". Lots of shuffling and reshuffling of territories. Automation is being added that can make the job seem mindless. Most reps fall far short of their sales goals.

      Terrible place never go, makes you sign contract that if you do not pass there training of the first two weeks they terminate you. The trainers are the most arrogant people you will ever meet and think they are the best. They scream at you if you do not understand and continue to belittle you, when a trainer is supposed to be compassionate and help. Saw a person get fired within the first week I was there. The sales floor is nothing of a sales floor dead silent could have been a library. Zero work life balance and everyone seemed scared to even speak. Run and don’t ever go here.
