      Overbearing and undercaring: Avoid at all costs

      Pros

      You get plenty of chances to learn, Great benefits.

      Cons

      Very low ceiling, lack of cross departmental moves, HR get's into everything for seemingly no reason, support has unrealistic expectations and there is little to know work life balance due to this. They also do not have any sense of loyalty, but demand said loyalty from you blindly. No room for individuality here.

      Great Company all around dwarfs small difficulties in initial training

      Pros

      I've been on for only a month. So far... - Pay & benefits are solid. They really take care of their employees. - Team culture & direct management are awesome. - Workload & expectations seem appropriate. - Lots of innovation happening, so very open to new ideas (so long as they're substantial and evidence-based).

      Cons

      I came at a season of great changes in products, so the training available was very much in flux. Yet, while some of this could have been helped through greater planning between departments / anticipation of needs and changes required for training, overall I do feel they are doing well in responding swiftly to a rapidly changing market.
