After being with the company for a few years and receiving positive feedback each quarter, I was denied a raise and never made more than what was listed in my offer letter. Upper management also requested us to work each Sunday for a brief period of time with no additional pay.

Where do I start, micro management, no good raises or bonuses, just recently started giving employees stocks, but still very cheap. Product doesn’t change so don’t expect actual new features, very old technologies, management is not friendly nor transparent and it can get personal. Top software engineers shouldn’t go there.
