Pros

I really enjoy working at Varonis and connecting with such intelligent, solution‑oriented colleagues. The company moves quickly, stays dynamic, and it’s exciting to be part of that momentum. Everyone truly has a seat at the table, and fresh ideas are not only welcomed but valued. The office itself is a beautiful place to work—great facilities, plenty of snack options, and stunning views. There’s also a strong sense of community here. Many employees genuinely want to collaborate, support one another, and work as a team to reach shared goals.

Cons

So far, I have nothing but great things to say about Varonis! I hope to continue growing here!

Pros

Work/life balance on most teams is celebrated. Quite a healthy internal culture that recognizes the product/company/industry is complicated, and therefore teammates, team leads, leadership are hyper-supportive. All employees, managers, and even leaders are open to talk and help individual contributors regardless of what team they are on. Have never felt pressure to work outside of normal hours or strain myself. Great pay and benefits, with the stipends being especially unique. Significant opportunity for upward mobility: most positions are filled by promotion. Customers are generally happy with high utilization so engagement with them is pleasant. Training was solid to help me learn the product and processes of the role swiftly. All teammates are a pleasure to connect and work with.

Cons

Certain benefits such as lateral mobility + volunteering/community involvement were a bit oversold during the recruitment process. PTO is on the lower side for tech industry but doesn't have barriers to use. Somewhat frequent internal process/team changes to conform to, Overall, no cons that aren't common at most companies of this size.

Pros

Compensation is competitive, even aggressive - necessary to retain experienced people once they see how bad it is. Tech is actually quite good and they do keep up with innovation.

Cons

There are so many. If you are a seller, be comfortable with a culture of extreme accountability, micromanagement and rigorous conformity. This IS NOT the place for Enterprise sellers as Varonis CANNOT succeed in Enterprise due to their GTM strategy and field sales turnover. Good oppty for Mid-Market and SMB sellers who are junior or mid-career.
