      Pros

      I will preface this with the fact that I am a new employee to Varonis, I have been here now for just under 2 months. In that time, the team has been incredible, supporting, empowering, and always making themselves available to answer questions. They are focused on my growth and learning and adapting my deliverables to my learning style. There is an incredible sense of community here and one that makes me want to learn and grow and become a valued member of the team.

      Pros

      Nice co-workers, cool office with good food. Base was alright.

      Cons

      Training was terrible and stressful. You have to pass 2 certifications if you fail twice you're fired and begin calling on real accounts after being there for 5 days. My personal trainer was extremely condescending and I left the office crying most days. Zero work/life balance. They lie to you about PTO so expect to not be able to take any time off during the holidays. You actually acquire 10 hours a month I think. Micro Management is crazy and you either get lucky with a good team lead who wants to help or one who really only offers criticism.

      Pros

      I’ve been here 6 months and am very happy. The work is interesting, the people are the best of the best, the company mission and product are strong and getting stronger. I have the ability to make decisions and move fast. Expectations are high, but the output driven attitude means I can decide how I work to get the best outcome and maintain a personal life that is fulfilling. I see myself working here a long time. If you’re proactive, self-motivated, hold yourself to a high standard, and are data-driven, you will do well on the marketing team.

      Vacation time is less than in my previous jobs, but it is manageable.
