      Pros

      Flexible hybrid work is great, only need to be in office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The people for the most part at Varonis are extremely friendly and helpful and driven. Benefits and PTO were great too.

      Cons

      Many people in the TDR position are often left hung out to dry. They are given a territory and a Sales Rep (SR) to work under, then have to figure it out from there. Management will try to help with the little day-to-day things, but will not do anything if the territory is yielding nothing or if the SR is unwilling to work with the TDR. They will put unachievable expectations and deadlines to people in this position and offer no way out of a dead territory or a bad SR.

      Pros

      This company has such diverse people and talent it will amaze you. If you want a challenge, like working hard and reaping the rewards (and like playing hard), this is the company for you. This company is (almost literally) one big family, everyone helps each other, looks out for each other, and cares about each other. This is hands-down the best company I have ever worked for in over 30 years of being in IT.

      Cons

      If you are looking to work in support it can be technically challenging. We will teach you everything you need to do the job, the training is very technical and you will develop skills you didn't know you could have.
