Transitional workplace, not many stay long for good reason, good ones run quick
Training is long, not well targeted and lacks product information needed for real situations (like how to do a quote)
Requirement of 10 new customer meetings a week
Totally webex customer facing, personal meetings and travel are not only discouraged but not allowed
Treats seasoned sales people like greenhorns
Salary low
HR is so focused on NY they don't know how to do anything outside of corp and outsourced
Managers are on the edge of legal the way they berade the reps, who allows this anymore, it's not Wall St

Feels like retail, just without the discount and flexible hours
Checking in with management on your locations at all times, during work hours, then having people call and verify
