      Pros

      Fantastic product and growing company with growth continuing among all teams. Varonis definitely has a heavy tendency to promote from within! Office locations are great and the ability to share knowledge seems to be second-to-none!

      Cons

      Not a con per say but could be pretty fast paced so not for everyone.

      Pros

      It's an incredible product that solves several current and growing security needs. It can be sold at almost any company both enterprise or SMB. The company is innovative, well-managed, aggressive and I've either liked or at least respected everyone I've met. Average annual growth of 35% provides substantial opportunity for professional growth. They continue to invest heavily into sales, marketing and development. They provide good benefits including stock plans.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a 'Varonis' con but working remotely can sometimes feels like working on an island.. Also - because the industry is so broad, there are still several technologies that are incompatible. High activity with patience for results is required.. you need to have a good balance of aggressive prospecting, pipeline building & developed sales ability. Sales cycles can be 12mos but can also be 30-60 days.
