Varonis offers competitive pay, and overall, things appear quite favorable on paper. The work-from-home policy and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) are notable perks.
Cons
The problem with the company is that they believe they are the best and only solution to customers' problems. The pricing is so high that prospects don't even negotiate; they simply walk away. Being measured solely on KPIs (new prospect meetings and data risk assessments) with micromanagement is energy-draining. Additionally, their current commission scheme seems designed to minimize payouts on deals.
