Pros

Everyone here is like family. The culture and atmosphere about the company is fun, engaging and competitive. It is definitely a work hard and play hard type of company and they really value your grit and grind. There is so much career growth and opportunity here, you will just have to work for it! The company is willing to train you and help you reach new goals but, you have to be willing to take it.

Cons

There is still some growing pains and different changes with the company. It's exciting but if you don't like things changing and experiencing growing pains then it's probably not for you.

Pros

Schedule flexibility, bonuses, friendships made, medical benefits

Cons

The micromanagement is insane! This company is also incompetent, unprofessional, inconsistent, and displays an immense amount of favoritism. From May 2024 to October 2024 (6 months), I have had THREE different managers, so that should tell you something! If they want you gone, they will find a way, trust me! If you have a backbone and stand up for what you believe is right, they will target you! This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They don't value good employees. We are just a number to them and easily replaceable. I was told by one of my managers to carry my laptop to the bathroom with me! Are you serious? We can't even put ourselves on "Busy" status to use the restroom. When a compliment is given by a manager, it is always followed by criticism. ALWAYS! "You did a great job digging into Discovery, BUT..." I didn't make goal for one month, but they never factored in that I had 20 hours of idle time that month! This company will suck the life out of you and give you nothing in return. They are so unappreciative! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Pros

There isn’t many. It’s remote, they provide equipment.

Cons

The pay is terrible for employees and tutors. Tutors are paid way under their expertise level and are just expected to be ok with that. And when they aren’t, they stop getting assigned to new students and deemed too picky and hard to work with. Management has no idea what they’re doing. Employee morale is so incredibly low and they are doing nothing to change that because they do not care. Everything is micromanaged and they give no warnings if your metrics aren’t up to par. You just get written up and then fired with no opportunity to fix it. Executives are secretive and lie about how we’re doing great as a company when in reality we’re doing so poorly. They do not care about their employees, they do not care about their tutors, they only care about money. And they aren’t even doing a good job at that. It’s poor pay, awful work culture, and disgusting management. Do not work here.
