There are a few employees that do a good job and keep the company somewhat afloat.

Cons

Poor leaders, negligent Engineering and Human Resources departments. Lack of interest to pursue solutions, or ensure quality standard are meet. No support or follow through on “continues education” offered. No employee appreciation or recognition of achievement. Environment and culture of nonchalance.

- Very diverse community - It's easy to start from the bottom and work your way up with the right attitude

Cons

Management is full of infighting and fingerpointing, especially in Production. There is a lack of forethought and collaboration, so everything needs to happen NOW. Mid-level leadership gets stuck trying to keep things on the rails. Very few workers stay more than a year or two.
