Pros

One of the few benefits of working at Vaupell is the friendly staff. For the most part everyone is welcoming and friendly.

Cons

No real benefits working for this company. There are bonuses, but the requirement to achieve these bonuses are poorly set out by management. Nothing really gets done on a corporate level, especially HR. The one benefit that seems appealing is the college tuition reimbursement, but even that is a total let down (don't even bother).

Pros

It is VERY easy to get a job at this company, so there are always new people coming in. You will probably work with someone new every day.

Cons

It's so easy to get a job here that they essentially cycle out employees that haven't been promoted on a weekly basis. The only people that have any "value" in the eyes of Vaupell are Supervisors and above - and getting to that point alone involves more politics than running for president.

Builds character, I guess. Benefits aren’t the worst. Opportunities for growth (since people quit on the spot all the time)

Cons

Stress is out of this world, poor attitudes, constant fighting, very public feedback (look up Struggle Sessions from Maoist China)
