Vaupell reviews

The biggest problem with Vaupell are the the people who have been with the company a long time. They gossip, slander and flat out lie about others. Some will do this to try to get you fired. It is hands down the most negative work place Ive ever been in. Nobody will do the right thing even when it is obvious. Work place harassment and targeting is a everyday thing. Discrimination against prior Military due to personal political views is obvious but they do nothing and try to blame the situation on the person who is being targeted. There EPA Agency needs to truly look into this company for improper disposal of chemicals. These things when addressed are shot down with the excuse that it takes time. Three months is to long and still nothing has been done. They are an 70 year old company and they been getting away with it for a long time.

An employee under Stu has been late for 2 to 3 months almost every day and clocks in with adp so stu doesn't know. A lot of negativity and talking bad about others. Certain people feel they are above the law. A lot of bickering between shifts. Just a negative environment all together
