You are discriminated against heavily if you are from the LGBT community. I was flat out harassed and taken to the team leader for stupid things like accidentally farting just because I was asexual, with HR failing to back me up when I reported the issue. Other people who have undergone the surgery soon leave because of the harassment of other employees for having to use the bathroom of their new gender. Many of the G and L employees have been fired for shady reasons after being told to preform the jobs differently by their supervisors. And after we are forced out we are constantly slandered by this company when they are used as a job reference. Stay away from them or keep it well hidden because this company is intolerant and actively tries to harass members of the community.

Management is full of infighting and fingerpointing, especially in Production. There is a lack of forethought and collaboration, so everything needs to happen NOW. Mid-level leadership gets stuck trying to keep things on the rails. Very few workers stay more than a year or two.
