Unwilling to commit to salary increases to retain competent people. Much turnover in senior staff based on better offers. Unwilling to give more then minor pay raises.

Hostile work environment. Favoritism. Inconsistent communication Slap and dash training. Adult Legos with consequences. Hazardous work environment. Allows new employees to work while not wearing proper PPE. Management uses company hrs to slack off whilst trying to enforce proper schedules. Doesn't put enough effort into what they say they provide for employees via growth/personal goals. Unsanitary facilities. No regard for mental health or anything requiring to much insight. Blatant lack of accountability and poor morale throughout work environment as a direct cause via poor management.
