Pros
People that work here want to see you succeed. Made many friends on the production line as well as upper management that were extremely nice and easy to get a long with.
Cons
Job security is a joke here. On three separate occasions, I was told that either I would get a promotion or that I would be a shoe in for another job opening, and then they wouldn't go through with it. Since the departments are separated, it is very hard to get noticed and get a promotion. From my experience, even when you're told you get that job and move up in the company, you never seem to go anywhere.
