Lie about products, pay is horrible, treats employee as if they are stupid and don't matter at all, yet expect unwavering loyalty and obedience, and ridiculous sales numbers. Management has no idea what they're doing, and the company is just a huge mess with ignorant people running it. Horrible place to work.

great facilities: beautiful clean room, well equipped QA lab, mold makers on premises

Cons

Managerial style is very authoritarian. Managerial skill level is short sighted and unsophisticated. Decisions made more on beliefs than data. Layoffs are frequent. Highest paid employees are laid off first. Engineers, Quality Managers, etc. don't necessarily have 4 year degrees on would expect in an ISO13485 establishment
