The people working there are generally nice and good to work with

Cons

Management change over is frequent. They start working on changes but it never gets finished because they quit or get pushed out by Senior management. Not a lot of support from senior management or its faked by colorful language. Upper management also not diverse and does not support much past a bunch of white dudes.

You are getting your paycheck on time.

Cons

EVERYTHING goes wrong. Examples: Managers can't calculate the workload per machine and operator and are making plans like everybody will work 12 hrs per day, 7 days a week... Mandatory overtime has already 2 years, and management is promising: "We resolve this issue soon", but considering the absence of basic math skills (see the first con in the list) it will happen never.
