I've encountered a mix of positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the company offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth, and the general leadership team consists out of incredibly talented individuals.

Cons

However, there are some concerns related to upper leadership. Micromanagement and distrust within this level has a negative impact on the overall company culture and employee morale.
