Pros

Very open and inviting culture. Great HQ in Las Vegas downtown. Tons of great people working there. Many routes for upward mobility and advancement within the company.

Cons

Starting pay is on the lower side, but there are several ways and avenues to move up seeing as it is a relatively new company in Las Vegas! Hours are not ideal for me personally but could be for others.

Working with people from several countries was always cool. Safety is rule #1 Not too much turnover. Start up energy.

Cons

Reactive instead of proactive when it comes to employee concerns. Lower end of pay for industry standard. No room for growth within the company.

Everyone from the technicians to management to TOs are really helpful whenever I might be struggling with something. They are always willing to help out and walk me thru the process to better understand what I need to be doing.
