Best group of people I've ever worked with

Pros

Everyone is so supportive and considerate of each other Flexible work hours are amazing, I can work 4 hours one day or come in at noon and no one blinks an eye Unlimited PTO relieves the pressure of scheduling out the year's time off 100% Healthcare benefits The space is huge Most company decisions are made collectively The culture isn't egotistic, and people won't get hired if they show signs of toxicity which keeps our culture and spirit positive Gym is covered and it's next door Commuter expenses are covered

Cons

It's a bit far from Boston, but the pros have outweighed this for me and I'm making it work Even though it's been around for 20 years, some things can move fast and change quickly like a startup, you have to be able to adapt and thrive in this environment

Great team, great leadership, and an exciting future

Pros

Vecna Robotics has a great team. Very smart, hardworking, and we enjoy working together. The leadership has done a great job of offering a vision and communicating it to employees. We are winning and delivering on some exciting contracts with great customers.

Cons

Lots of growth. This is not the place for someone who wants to just punch in and punch out. Best for those who are passionate about doing good work.

Pros

This is a really exciting company. The company recently separated from its sister entity (Vecna Technologies), completed a successful round of fundraising, and generally feels like it is going to take off like a rocketship. You feel like your work makes a difference here. The company has a strong sense of values, a great collegial culture, good communication, and approachable leadership. You feel like leadership really cares and listens. The company has unparalleled tech talent, and there are many opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

Growing company, not all processes are crystal clear
