No managing. My Hiring manager is not aware that acting constantly beleaguered is not a great look. I didn’t receive training materials until the end of my second week. I was expected to sit and observe, with zero context, up until this point. I asked if there was anything that I could help with until I received my training binder, but they never put me to any use! Then I finally was given the training binder but it referred to videos and PowerPoints. Guess what, they didn’t have access to give me a computer! When I asked when I would have access, the manager’s response was “who knows”. This place was a complete waste of time, so glad a different opportunity popped up.

On call all the time. Must work weekends and holidays. Low pay. Get fired for making mistakes. Very stressful environment.
