      Great coworkers and opportunities, but poor processes hinder progress sometimes.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great, company offers a lot of opportunities that you may not get elsewhere, and the talent pool is largely fantastic.

      Cons

      Processes in place for changes and performance management don't always make sense. Gaps between managers and communication/decision making across departments and teams can cause significant issues.

      Pros

      The company stays true to its values and is as authentic as can be. The pay is decent, and I'm lucky to be a part of a great team. Even though I'm not part of the core decision-makers of the organization, they still listen to feedback no matter who it came from.

      Cons

      Although the company offers decent pay, much can be said about opportunities for growth. There are avenues that can be explored like creating diverse new jobs for employees who want to branch out of their current responsibilities (I think this is a good path to pave since along with restructuring there will be niches that need to be filled), offering training for competitive skills in the market, or giving employees certifications for skills learned.

      pay was a decent salary

      Cons

      manager wanted to be my friend, not my manager; disorganization; another director was emotionally manipulative and everyone found her unpleasant to work with; in a 1:1 with my manager, she (who avoided dealing with her) told me to deal with it... said I needed to earn the difficult employee's respect and trust @_@
