Pros

It's a job. If you like to be in a poor quality bully environment, come here. They put you in a position to leave you to fail

Cons

The senior staff likes to get school projects to milk them dry...their support is non existing, if you like mediocre, then this is the place.

Pros

Great experience. Learn new technologies if you work hard.

Cons

hard work is unrewarded. the bonus is an insult. owners do nothing for employees. benefits are horrible. vacation time and sick time are the bare minimum allowed. the company acts as if there are no other companies hiring. new rules and policies handed out on a daily basis. work under the constant threat of suspension and being written up. one write up in the entire year automatically negates any chance of getting a bonus.

VectorUSA Response

Thank you for your feedback. It’s important that we are aware of what needs to improve at VectorUSA. The essence of VectorUSA is our team of dedicated employees. It is paramount that we retain the loyal people we have and attract new talent to the team. We are glad you found the experience here at Vector “great” and your exposure to new technologies rewarding. In regards to your concern of employee acknowledgement, VectorUSA does have many employee recognition programs including: Vector Instant Recognition Awards (VIRAs), Employee of the Month, Employee of the Year and the Vector Newsletter all of which allow peers and managers to recognize employee accomplishments and contributions. We have restructured the bonus program and are continually reevaluating our benefits. We will take your comments into consideration when doing so in the future. Since your review, the policy you referenced has been revised to take into consideration that occasionally employees will make a mistake. This policy was implemented in order to decrease the cost and burden of late and/or inaccurate time cards. You and the rest of the Vector team have been quite successful in making this happen, going 60 STRAIGHT DAYS without a single late time card. Truly a team effort. Thank you for your contribution to the VectorUSA team and this accomplishment. We look forward to seeing you at the VectorUSA Family Picnic being held in recognition of this achievement at Knott’s Berry Farm. Dave Zukerman VectorUSA President & CFO
