Dress Code is very relaxed.

Cons

Mgmt is unfriendly, micro managing, unorganized, old school, and shows favoritism. Workload is ridiculous, favoritism is decided on who gets to work from home, vacation and benefits are a joke, and office is old and dirty.

The company has many clients on Managed Service contracts, which I had chances to handle with different vendors. I gained good help and advise from senior engineers when facing challenges on tickets and projects

Cons

Frequent changes in management and no or little salary negotiation. Used to have big clients but the sales aren't appearing to get any good contracts for past year, which led to workforce reduction
