      Pros

      flexible hours, good analysis of the different products they provide

      Cons

      Lack of communication between upper management and employees, implementing a loan processing system too early resulting in many issues. lack of motivation, the company still operates in the "this is how we always used to do things" type mode.

      Pros

      Excellent company. Personable CEO who strives to know every employee. Nice recognition from corporate for a job well done. Bonus package adequate. Sales driven environment.

      Cons

      Managers who are overworked due to staff reductions. Not enough full time positions available. Upper management doesn't understand the daily course of business in the branches. They say they care for the client but unless you sell them a product; you're not doing a good job. Ostracized if you bring an issue forth by speaking candidly.

      Community involvement. Proactive and supportive teams. Strong focus on clients and the relationship building between them, really getting to know the customer.

      Cons

      Not enough career growth unless strictly involved in banking and finance. More job shadowing and opportunity exposure. More defined work-career pathing.
