Workforce mainly consists of individuals who are kind, approachable and willing to help. Provide moderate support in regards to continuing education.

Cons

Management could use some assistance in leadership and/or motivating their direct reports. Recent layoffs affirm this.

Cons

Management is a joke. No one will actually make a decision about ANYTHING. You have meetings just so you can schedule a meeting to discuss something. They claim they want everyone's input but do not listen to what you have to say unless you're in their clique. I was mislead as to what the job would entail; had 2 separate interviews to discuss and, when I started, not only had they changed the job description, but the job title as well. They just want a warm body to fill the seats. High turnover.
